Ozone is produced from dried air or from oxygen
at the desidered concentration, with electrodes
in composite materials, at low voltage and high
frequency.
This new line of ozone generators fully assembled
and factory tested, includes mechanical, electrical,
instrument fittings and air preparation when required.Because
ozone may be produced from air or from oxygen,
ozonisers need an air dryer system HA1.1 or an
oxygen producing system PSA HP1.1. In both cases
compressed air is necessary from the internal
factory network or produced by compressors.
After its production; ozone must be introduced
into the contact system (or process), this can
usually be done with porous diffusers, with ejectors
when the pressure is higher than that of the ozone
generator or with other special systems. Finally
an ozone destroying system DOT 1.1, is needed
to remove the ozone that was not transferred to
the contact basin.
